Taylor Cutts (Class of 2007) and Elizabeth Behar, who also attended Kerr-Vance Academy will make their debut in Raleigh at the 82nd annual NC Debutante Ball the weekend of September 4-6. Jackson Blackburn, also a 2007 graduate of Kerr-Vance will be an assistant marshall to Taylor Cutts.
